The process for international patients to request a health care service or information from Clínica Las Américas is the following:

The patient should contact Clínica Las Américas Auna, International Office requesting a service or information through Contact us or Request an Appointment or Request an Estimate. You can also phone the international office direct line at (57) (4) 345-8357 or the hospital switchboard number (57) (4) 342-1010 Extension number 2470 or 2682 or 2028 Fax number (57) (4) 342-0500 and call free from the US at 1-800-625-4759.

The International Office will answer your request including the following information:

• A calendar of medical appointments available.

• Complete personal information of who will be picking you up at the airport (Name, copy of identification, car plates and cell phone number)

• The information of the person who will be expecting you at Clínica Las Américas Auna front desk.

• At your arrival to Clinica Las Américas, please ask the front desk for the International Office representative, who will then guide you during your stay in the hospital.
