Yes, it is important to mention this in advance to the international office if your language is not English so we can provide you an interpreter.

We have the necessary installed capacity and human resources to promptly provide services to groups of patients. Our recommendation is that you contact the international office a week in advance to coordinate everything.

5   Does Clinica Las Americas provide 24 hour services?

Yes, yes we offer Medical Services 24/7 and 365 days a year including ER, hospitalization and surgery, laboratory and x-rays, and pharmaceutical services.

9   What are the international office's main duties?

Clinica Las Americas has a special office to assist foreign patients; in this office, we provide assistance in matters concerning medical appointments with specialists, agreements with hotels in the city with special rates, and providing transportation from and to the airport and during your visit to our Institution.
