About Us

Las Americas Corporate Group is a stock company that a group of healthcare professionals created in 1989. They had the idea of building the best medical center for everyone who may require healthcare services including the best technology and human quality.

Currently, 9 legal independent companies, 2 clinics (one of them a high complexity clinic and the other with outpatient services) and one business unit form the corporate group.

This corporate group is one of the biggest healthcare projects in Colombia and in neighboring countries.

Most of these companies are located in LAS AMERICAS medical complex. These companies are Clinica Las Américas /Las Americas Clinic, Torre Médica Las Américas)/ Las Americas Medical Tower and a Mall with complementary services.

From the start, the Corporate Group has issued ordinary shares and in some occasions preference shares to finance the growth of the company
